when I had initially placed my order, I accidentally put the wrong shipping address. I noticed this as soon as the order had been placed so I reached out using their support email to let them know of the error in my email. I included the correct shipping address my order number and I received an AI response saying they had updated the shipping address on the order. The response also did say that orders are processed quickly and there's no guarantee that they'd be able to update it before being shipped out. I did not think this is an issue as the AI response had confirmed it had updated the shipping address and I emailed as soon as the order had been placed. A week later when I received an email letting me know that my order would be shipped soon. I double checked to confirm it had the right address. It still had the wrong shipping address. This is when I reached out again to support to see what the issue was the representative I was speaking to said that since it was outside of business hours, that is why I received the AI response. When I asked why the address had not been updated, I was told the AI could not make that change (even though it said it could) and by the time they got in the next morning, it was too late to update. I asked why the AI then would tell me that it could update the shipping address and why I didn't receive a follow up correspondence in the morning, letting me know that it was too late. The representative did not have an answer for me, but did offer…
