I am 5’2, 145lb, I always buy a large in these cuz I’ve got a big ol booty🤣 but I could easily get away with a medium and be just fine. I just don’t like things too restrictive. I wear psd under all my scrubs and I have even wore them as gym shorts and they’re beyond perfect.
