I ordered a size smaller than what was on the app for both pairs of shorts that ended up on the checkout 50 minutes later I sent an instant message to the help department and they said that they had to get it within 45 minutes and couldn’t make the five minute exception. I unfortunately live three hours away from the nearest UPS store And couldn’t return them but nonetheless they are quality and I do like them. I just would like them more if they were what I had intended to order and what I know I always order.
